When visiting the Magic Kingdom the Spring Roll cart, typically found in Adventureland, is a must stop for us- sometimes even a couple times in a day. These savory snacks have become widely popular and this weekend we were able to make them at home.

For Christmas my coworker gifted me The Unofficial Disney Parks Cookbook where there are numerous Disney recipes and we were excited to see the spring roll recipe in there as well. Don’t have the book? Don’t worry, you can also find the recipe online in multiple spots such as The Mouse For Less or Attractions Magazines.

Just like the cart in Magic Kingdom, we made both the cheeseburger spring roll as well as the pepperoni spring roll. Both were delicious; however, the overall consensus was that we like the pepperoni one more. As the cook, I would say that this one was easier as well.

There are different ways they suggest making these, but I used our air-fryer. I baked them at 400 for around 9 minutes flipping half way through. This was a lot easier than having hot oil in the house.
If you are wanting a little Disney magic for lunch or supper, I would recommend giving these a try. It was something different and fun that reminded us of our fun trips to Magic Kingdom.
