Allergy Information for Disney After Hours Boo Bash

I attended Disney After Hours Boo Bash yesterday on August 31st 2021. You can see my full review here. I have a dairy allergy so that limits what candy I can have. Walt Disney World takes allergies extremely seriously, so I just wanted to run through how trick or treating works if you or someone in your party has an allergy. As you enter the Park, they will give you a candy bag. There is the general candy bag, but then there is also a teal allergy bag. It is very simple. When you go around to the candy stations, you ask for a token which the Cast Members will have. When you collect your tokens at the end of the night, you go to the allergy Friendly Center in Liberty Square. A Cast Member will ask you what your allergy is and then go over what treats you can have. I told her that my allergy was dairy, and she asked if I wanted a general selection of candy.

They do not match the number of tokens to the amount of candy you get, so don’t worry. You will get plenty. It is great that Disney thinks to include everyone, no matter what dietary restrictions you may have. This was a very fun event. There is also popcorn, drinks, ice cream, and fruit bars included. Since I have a dairy allergy, I could still have the popcorn and the fruit bars.

Boo Bash is a separate ticketed event, and tickets are sold out, so if you were planning to go, hopefully, you are quick to grab one. Although this is not Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, it was still an excellent way to have elements of it but in a much scaled back manner. There are lots of characters out in their adorable Halloween costumes so have your cameras ready.
