BBQ Tavern Burger is the Burger of the Month for May at Walt Disney World’s The Edison

The Edison is Disney Springs is a popular dining location at Walt Disney World and it is easy to see why!  The location is known for its unique decor and entertainment. The Edison also features an exclusive burger each month and each one is made with a delicious pairing of flavors and fresh ingredients.  For the month of May the featured burger is the BBQ Tavern Burger.  This amazing offerings features the signature Edison blend of sirloin, short rib, and brisket with a BBQ style twist, fully loaded with crispy potato wedges, juicy bacon, lettuce, tomato and served on a toasted, buttery brioche roll.

When ordering the BBQ Tavern Burger, guests can also check out the Almond Crusta cocktail.  This adults-only concoction is made with Martell Blue Swift cognac, Tanqueray No. Ten gin, lemon juice, orgeat, and Angostura bitters.  It pairs nicely for the perfect visit to The Edison.
