Bonus Reservations for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders

When Walt Disney World announced that there would be a new reservation system, they said there was the possibility of bonus reservations. If you look at the calendar, you will see that a green dot means full availability. A grey circle with a line means no availability, and half a green dot means partial availability.

An example of this is October 1st, 2021 has a grey circle with a line. This is not surprising since that is the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney WorldOctober 2nd and 3rd has a half green circle, which means some Park availability. The rest of October has a full green circle which means reservations are available for all parks. If you look at September 11th and 14th, you will see a gold star. That means it is a bonus reservation. If you have a bonus reservation, one specific park can be reserved on this day, and it will not count towards the number of reservations are allowed to book. September 11th, you could book a bonus reservation for Disney’s Animal Kingdom or EPCOT. On September 14th you could for Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios or Magic Kingdom. This may not be the same for everyone, and different dates will have different options, but this is just an example.
