Celebrate the 30th Anniversary of The Little Mermaid With Photo Ops at Walt Disney World

Disney’s The Little Mermaid is still an extremely popular film with beloved characters for many guests. It is crazy to think that we are approaching the 30th anniversary for when the film debuted! If you are as big of an Ariel and The Little Mermaid fan as we are then you are definitely going to want to celebrate with amazing photos that are available around Walt Disney World. Thanks to Disney Parks Blog, we have a look at some of these great shots that you can get during your visit! Check them out below:

You can visit the Disney PhotoPass Studio for special virtual backdrops that include Prince Eric’s Castle!

While in Fantasyland, you can add characters from the film to Magic Shots. Just be sure to ask your PhotoPass photographer in the area.

Of course you can always meet Ariel right within her grotto, too!

If you visit the Disney PhotoPass Studio that is located at Magic Kingdom Park inside of Sir Mickey’s, you can post with a dinglehopper!

You can also strike a pose right in front of Eric’s Castle and the attraction.

You can also take pictures with bubbles using a bubble wand!

Which of these Magic Shots would you most like to have?

About Christy Caby

I am a diehard Disney fanatic! I fell in love with all things Disney from an early age and that only increased once I first visited Walt Disney World! It led me to complete a yearlong Disney College Program working at merchandise locations within Disney’s Hollywood Studios (Disney-MGM Studios at that time) and I worked for Disney Parks & Resorts Technology in Project/Program Management. Now I get to write about Disney and help others plan their magical vacations! Disney holds a special place in the hearts of my entire family as my husband proposed there, we honeymooned there, took trips while pregnant with each of my boys and have visited with them many, many times from 8 weeks old through now. One of my favorite memories from each trip is always the look on my kids’ faces the first time they see the castle. I’d love to help you plan your magical vacation!
