Check Out the Menus for the Holiday Kitchens at Epcot’s International Festival of the Holidays at Walt Disney World

The holidays have kicked off at Epcot, so Epcot’s International Festival of the Holidays is underway.  With the festival, there are 15 new kitchens that have opened, offering delicious food and beverages specifically for the festival.  These offerings all sound amazing, making it a delicious time to visit Epcot.  Disney Parks Blog released menus and we have all of the details for each of the holiday kitchens so that you can prepare for your visit to the festival.

Bavaria Holiday Kitchen (Located in the Germany pavilion):

Food:

  • German Artisan Cheese Plate: German ButterKäse with ham, mushroom brie with pretzel crostini, and Tillamook cheddar
  • Sauerbraten, Red Cabbage and Spätzle
  • Cheese Fondue: served in a bread bowl with fresh steamed baby vegetables and marble potatoes
  • Stollen Holiday Fruit Cake

Las Posadas Holiday Kitchen (Located in the Mexico pavilion):

  • Tostada de Tinga: crispy corn tortilla smothered with black beans, topped with chipotle chicken and garnished with crema Mexicana, queso fresco, avocado and tomatillo sauce
  • Tamal de Chilorio: slow-roasted pork shoulder, marinated in ancho paste and stuffed in a corn masa, served with salsa tres chile and garnished with crema Mexicana and queso fresco
  • Buñuelo Navideño: a thin round fried pastry, drizzled with honey and dusted with cinnamon and brown sugar
