Shopping at Walt Disney World is a part of the vacation experience. If there is one thing that can put a damper on the shopping experience, it is trying to juggle all of the shopping bags and carry them around with you. Disney Springs is now offering a new option which will allow guests to leave all of their shopping bags at the Welcome Center, and then they can come and pick them up by the end of the day. This is a great option to ensure that your bags are safe and relieve guests of the hassle!

How it works is that when guests make a purchase at one of the merchandise locations in Disney Springs, they will receive a tag that corresponds to another tag that will stay attached to the purchase. The guest will enter their personal information on the tag. Then when they are ready to leave Disney Springs, they can pick up all of their bags by showing the tags that they have collected from their purchases. Guests utilizing this option will have to pick up all of their packages at the Welcome Center by 11 PM.
This definitely makes shopping more convenient and easier for guests. Disney is probably also hopeful that this will increase sales by making the experience more comfortable and convenient for guests.
