1. “A test is in order.”

Meanwhile, the Bad Batch seem to enjoy their droid-destroying workout. Taken together, it’s a great setup for the series and personalities involved: the uniformity and fascism of the soon-to-be Empire, and how that brushes up against the rebellious nature of Clone Force 99.

2. Meet the team.

The trailer helps us learn about the Bad Batch as they are introduced to us by a child. We meet Hunter, Echo, Tech, Wrecker and Crosshair- but who will be our favorite?

3. Band on the run.

Tarkin officially names the Bad Batch as enemies of the state. These elite soldiers are now truly on their own…

4. Those cameos!

Along with the Bad Batch seems to be some famous company.  Both Fennec Shand (voiced by Ming-Na Wen, reprising her role from The Mandalorian) and a young-but-scarred Saw Gerrera (played once again by Andrew Kishino, who originally brought the soldier to life in Star Wars: The Clone Wars) make appearances. We look forward to seeing who will show up.

5. “Strap in, kid.”

We see the classic Bad Batch action with explosions and droid beating as the trailer wraps up. It promises a new Star Wars adventure so strap in and enjoy the ride Hunter says.

Are you excited for this new series?

About Jennifer Retzlaff

My name is Jennifer Retzlaff and I became a lifelong Disney fan during my first trip to Walt Disney World in 6th grade. From that moment, Disney became a big part of my life. I live in Iowa with my husband and two kids who are growing up too quickly for my liking. I started introducing my love for Disney early to my family with a Disney honeymoon and then trips when our youngest of 18 months. Since then, our family has been to Walt Disney World over five times and we continue to plan and dream for the next trip. I love the magic that Disney brings to people through the theme parks, cruises, adventures and movies they create. As a teacher, I try to bring that magic into my classroom to help kids believe that “If You Can Dream It, You Can Do It.” I recently reached a dream of mine as I joined Magic Vacation Planner as a personal travel advisor. With this team, I can now help others plan magical vacations. As a passionate writer, I also have my own blog at magicalvacationsbyjen which is also where you can follow me on instagram for trip reviews along with tips and tricks for your next magical vacation.
