The photo above was taken by Animal Keeper, Jennifer. “Jennifer captured this image of an active springbok at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. ‘I had been wanting to get a nice photo of Trovan for a while,’ Jennifer shared. ‘On this particular day, everything lined up; he was bedded down near some tall grasses, the lighting was perfect, and most importantly, I had my camera with me.'”
The photo above was taken by Animal Keeper, Sugein. “Sugein captured this beautiful picture of our blue crowned laughing thrush at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park. These birds are endemic to China and are critically endangered, with only about 300 remaining in the wild. ‘The photo was taken just before noon and the sun was hitting the birds perfectly, showing how beautiful they are,’ Sugein said. ‘The laughing thrushes are always very curious – I was doing bird inventory and they came over to me, probably checking to see if I had any bugs to give them.'”
