During the Walt Disney Company’s Fiscal Full Year and Fourth Quarter 2020 Financial Results Conference Call on Thursday (November 12), Bob Chapek, Disney CEO, provided an update to the Disney Cruise Line and three new ships.
While Chapek said they are working through the hurdles of CDC’s sail orders, he believes there will only be a 6-month delay on Ship #5 (Disney Wish), Ship #6, and Ship #7. The Disney Wish is on track to launch Summer 2022. Ship #6 (unnamed) will launch in 2024. Ship #7 (unnamed) will launch in 2025.
