AdventHealth is a health partner for Disney as you may have seen at temperature check stations before entering the parks and Disney Springs, and even the latest sponsor name to appear on the Waterside Stage at Disney Springs.

As shared by OrlandoSentinel: AdventHealth Orlando will be among the first hospitals in Florida to receive and store the coronavirus vaccine that’s expected to be approved by the government soon, the hospital confirmed Wednesday (Nov. 18).

“Many details will be worked out in the weeks and months ahead, and we remain committed to being a national leader in coronavirus treatment and research, and a trusted resource for our community,” AdventHealth officials said in a statement. It’s expected that health-care workers and vulnerable populations such as older adults will be among the first groups to receive the vaccine. The general population won’t receive the vaccine until next year, most likely in the summer.
