Disney Vacation Club is the timeshare for Disney Parks properties. When you purchase a Disney Vacation Club membership, you purchase an ownership in one of the Disney Vacation Club resorts and have points for vacation stays for many years to come. Disney Parks Blog announced a special summer offer for guests who are interested in saving money on their membership purchase. With this special summer offer, guests can save around $3,760 or more when they become a member at Disney’s Riviera Resort or Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas, Ko Olina, Hawai’i by Oct. 8, 2019 (disclaimers from Disney below).

Disney’s Riviera Resort is expected to open in December 2019 at Walt Disney World. The resort is inspired by the European Riviera. Aulani is Disney’s only Disney Vacation Club resort found in Hawaii.
Here is a look at the offer disclaimers from Disney: Offer requires new purchasers to buy a real estate interest equal to at least 270 Vacation Points in Disney’s Riviera Resort or at least 170 Vacation Points in Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas, Ko Olina, Hawai’i. Savings is a credit off the purchase price and does not represent any portion of the minimum down payment required of at least 10%, depending on qualified financing. Offer expires 7 days after an in-person Open House Tour or 21 days after a telephone tour, which must be completed by 10/8/2019. Fixed ownership interests are ineligible. Offers cannot be combined with select offers or discounts and may be extended, modified, or withdrawn at any time without notice. Additional restrictions may apply. Theme park admission is not part of the ownership interest and is sold separately.
