Really, you can get married almost anywhere on property, but the original location for Disney World weddings was the Wedding Pavilion at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. The Wedding Pavilion was designed with a Cinderella theme in mind, and a few years ago, when the building turned 25, it was reimagined and now looks more beautiful than ever.

The happy couple would have the option to have one person get ready in the Believe suite across from the main building, which is full regal chairs, stunning mirrors and serves as the ultimate spot to get ready for the big day. But, do not fret! There are two other rooms in the Wedding Pavilion building that serve as both a room for the other member of the couple and their party and another room that can seat parents, grandparents, or anyone you choose before the ceremony begins.

The room itself is stunning, with a massive chandelier hanging from the ceiling. The room is equipped with beautiful trim, cathedral ceilings, as well as lovely stained glass windows. However, one of the coolest aspects of the room is that you can get married to Cinderella Castle in the backdrop.

The castle looks a lot larger inside the building than it does if you were to step outside, and there is a reason for that. During a recent tour, we were able to discover that the massive window that overlooks Cinderella Castle is actually a giant magnifying glass meant to enhance Cinderella Castle!

The magnifying glass does a great job making Magic Kingdom look a lot closer than it actually is, which is perfect for photos and videos of the ceremony. There is also an outdoor photo-op that Guests can enjoy, which will show the castle at its actual distance.

Have you ever toured the Wedding Pavilion at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort?
