ABC shared the full lineup of new recipes from DOLE, including instructions for how fans can recreate the classic Disney Park treat at home. The recipe is very easy to follow and includes ingredients you may already have at home in addition to of course, DOLE pineapple:
Ingredients
1 cup ripe Dole pineapple, chopped and frozen
1 ripe Dole Banana, peeled and frozen
2-1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 teaspoon lime juiceDirections
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh pineapple. Serve immediately.
You could easily take this DOLE Whip recipe and make it into a DOLE Whip float instead simply by serving it atop of a glass of pineapple juice. And DOLE Whips are a plant-based treat, both in how they are served in Disney Parks and Resorts and how this recipe is made from home. Save these instructions, and you’ll get a little taste of Adventureland (or maybe the Polynesian?) right from your kitchen.
