Half Of The “Disney Fab 50” Sculptures Have Been Revealed

We are less than 50 days away from “The World’s Most Magical Celebration“. Disney is pulling out all the stops to prepare for the celebration of a lifetime as they honor 50 years of magic making. Of course, Disney knows how to party, so they are making this celebration last a full 18-months beginning October 1! Two new nighttime spectaculars including “Disney Enchantment” at Magic Kingdom and “Harmonious” at EPCOT are making their debut, Disney’s 50th merchandise is just stunning, and there’s so much more that it’s almost hard to keep up with it all! While one particular experience seems small compared to others, we for one are super excited to experience Disney Fab 50 sculptures that will be available throughout Walt Disney World’s four theme parks. Several favorite Disney characters have been revealed so far, and now Disney has added three more characters to the list – meaning just over half of the characters have been announced!

Beginning October 1, Guests will have a chance to scavenger hunt through all four Walt Disney World parks to virtually “collect” each golden Disney character sculpture on Instagram.

As the Castle slots (shown in the image above) continue to slowly but surely fill in. First up, taking spots #24 and #25, Disney+ took to Instagram to share: “Big news for your fave tiny icons! Josh Peck from #TurnerAndHoochSeries has revealed that Chip ‘n’ Dale are part of the “Disney Fab 50 Character Collection” that you’ll soon find across the four @WaltDisneyWorld theme parks during “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” starting October 1. #DisneyWorld50”

And taking spot #26, D23 shared via an Instagram: “Disney Legend Tony Baxter has revealed that Figment is part of the “Disney Fab 50 Character Collection” that you’ll soon find across the four @WaltDisneyWorld theme parks during “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” starting October 1 #DisneyWorld50”

We’re thrilled Chip ‘n’ Dale and Figment have joined the list! You’ll be able to find Chip ‘n’ Dale at Magic Kingdom Park, while Figment will be located at EPCOT. Here’s the line up of Disney characters included in the “Fab 50” sculptures thus far:
