Halloween Park Passes Are Selling Out For Magic Kingdom

If you aren’t aware by now, since Walt Disney World’s phased reopening began in Summer 2020, Park Pass Reservations have been required for guests to enter one of Disney World’s four theme parks. With the park capacity currently at 35%, we have seen more and more days reaching capacity at the parks. When reviewing the Park Pass calendar, we are surprised to see Magic Kingdom is already filling up for Halloween!

Of the three ticketed tiers (as of April 29), only “Annual Passes” have the ability to still snag a Park Pass reservation for October 31 at Magic Kingdom. “Theme Park Tickets” and “Select Resort Hotels” can no longer obtain a park pass reservation for Magic Kingdom on Halloween. Disney has been known for adjusting Park Pass reservations so fingers crossed this will change.

As shown in the Park Pass calendar screenshots below, “Theme Park Tickets” and “Select Resort Hotels” are unavailable on October 31. Also to note is EPCOT is now unavailable for “Select Resort Hotels” guests on October 31.

If you’re an Annual Passholder however, you’ll see in the screenshot below October 31 is currently still wide open!

As mentioned above, Disney has been known to adjust the Park Pass calendar so keep trying if you haven’t already snagged your reservations! Disney has yet to announce when they will be increasing park capacity. As the CDC guidelines and vaccination roll out continues to adjust, we’ll keep you posted as Disney releases any further changes. In the meantime, be sure to make your Park Pass Reservations as soon as possible so you don’t miss out on your chance to enjoy the parks!
