How Certain Guests Can Get One Day of Genie+ for Free

“A heads-up for D23 Gold Members: On Oct. 14, you can register to be one of the first to use Genie and Genie+ at Walt Disney World. 

While supplies last, D23 Gold Members can register to receive the service as a complimentary add-on for Oct. 19.”

Since we have officially said goodbye to FastPass+, Genie+ will roll out to all Guests on October 19th and be $15 a day per Guest. Many Disney fans are upset about this new change.

There are lots of good things coming with Disney Genie that are complimentary, though. It will help you plan out your day and even suggest things that go along with the weather outside. If there is lightning and thunder in the area, it will automatically modify and not suggest outdoor attractions that will be closed. You can even select to Park Hop and it will take into account what times you have dining reservations. They say it will be like a navigation system for your phone.

Although many Guests are also upset about having to pay extra for Lightning Lane attractions, this could be a way to guarantee to get in your must do attractions you want if you are tight on time.
