We couldn’t be more excited about the amazing Star Wars-themed resort that is planned to come to Walt Disney World. We are so excited that Disney Parks Blog released more details and peeks at what we can expect with this new resort. From what we know thus far, the resort is expected to be luxurious while also completely immersing guest into the Star Wars story that the resort is trying to tell.

This will be a completely different resort and unlike any experience that is currently offered at Walt Disney World. It will be completely immersive and families that stay at the resort will board a starship which is full of characters and stories that are all a part of the experience. Their stories will unfold for guests in order to create the unique experience. Guests will be on a voyage through the galaxy during their stay and each resort window will have their own private view of space. The guests are also encouraged to dress the part and dress as a resident of the galaxy would dress. The resort will be connected to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, which is the new themed land coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Guests will be able to leave the resort and go right into the land, further expanding on the immersive experience.
