Lawsuit Filed Against Disney for Incident at Walt Disney World’s Disney Springs

On December 25th, 2015, Tan Bui was trampled at Disney Springs by a person that hasn’t been identified.  Bui suffered from neck and shoulder injuries from the accident.  He claims that Disney security wasn’t properly trained and also didn’t investigate possible criminal activity.  Bui wants a trial by jury to pursue damages to be paid by Disney.

Bui’s legal staff is Derek L. Metts of Metts Legal PA in Winter Park.  We will keep you posted as more about this case unfolds.
