Menu for Woody’s Lunch Box at Walt Disney World Released

The opening of Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has been much anticipated.  The immersive land is set to open on June 30th, and every bit of new information we get about it gets us even more excited!  Disney Parks Blog has announced the menu items that are expected for Woody’s Lunch Box, the new quick service location set to open in Toy Story Land.  There will be a variety of different sandwiches and other sides, plus soda floats and other specialty beverages.  “Everyone has a special food memory, so it can be tricky putting a modern spin on the favorites,” explained Lenny DeGeorge, Concept Development Culinary Director for Walt Disney World, about the year-long menu development process.  “We honored these classic dishes by using the best ingredients to elevate the flavors. How we constructed the sandwiches was important, such as layering the ingredients in a specific order, to maximize textures and flavors. Why have a cold sandwich when you can have a toasted hot, gooey cheese-filled one?”

Here is a look at some of the offerings coming to Woody’s Lunch Box!

S’more French Toast Breakfast Sandwich:  This is chocolate ganache- and marshmallow-stuffed French toast topped with graham cracker crumbles.

Smoked Turkey, Eggs, Swiss, Peppers, and Onions on Sourdough: A perfect breakfast sandwich to start the day!

Breakfast Bowl: The bowl includes potato barrels, brisket-country gravy, and scrambled eggs.

BBQ Brisket Melt: This sandwich is a Texas-style smoked brisket with cheddar, Monterey Jack, pickles, and BBQ sauce on garlic butter-grilled sourdough.

Monte Cristo with Raspberry Jam:  This version of the sandwich has layers of ham, turkey, Swiss, and raspberry jam.

Totchos:  This unique dish features potato barrels, corn chips, chili, and cheese.

Sides options  include offering like tomato basil soup, vegetable macaroni salad, and potato barrels. There will also be Mini Babybel snack cheese on hand, too!

Raspberry Lunch Box Tart garnished with Icing and Dried Fruit and Chocolate-Hazelnut Lunch Box Tart garnished with Icing and Caramelized Bacon: This is a special, unique version of the popular breakfast treat, but with a twist!

Disney didn’t forget about the littlest “toys” in your group, either!  There will be kids’ meals featuring a grilled cheese or turkey sandwich serviced with potato barrels and mandarin oranges.

Banana Split Yogurt Parfait: Includes layers of banana-vanilla Greek yogurt with fresh bananas, strawberries, and pineapple topped with granola and chocolate chips.

Smoked Turkey, Tomato, and Lettuce on Multigrain Bread: This is a classic sandwich option on the lighter side for guests.

Soda Floats: What is not to love about ice cream and soda?!?

Guests can purchase the Alien Sipper cup and filled with any of the available fountain beverages or the signature Mystic Portal Punch (which is Powerade Mountain Berry Blast with lemon-lime and tangerine added).  There will also be alcoholic beverages available for the adults, too!
