Merry & Bright Delights From Disney Movie Insiders

Disney Movie Insiders is a free program where you can earn points from seeing or purchasing select Disney movies. You can then turn those points in for prizes.

For the month of December, Disney Movie Insiders is holding Merry & Bright Delights. Each weekday there is a new code that you can redeem to earn more points. There are also special offers known as “today’s delight”. The offer will be limited, so if there is something that you want you should try to grab it right away.

There are also special offers that you might want to take advantage of. One of the current offers is to save through Zazzle. There are also suggestions for things that might be of interest to you, such as shopDisney holiday merchandise and the Disney Ultimate Toy Drive that supports Toys for Tots.

You might think that the prizes that you can redeem points for are not that great, but you would be wrong. There are rewards all across Disney fandom. You’ll find items based on Disney classics, ‘Star Wars’, Marvel, new releases, and so much more.

Disney Movie Insiders hosts contest fairly often. With these contests, the first entry is free, and each additional entry will usually cost five points. If you like to take a chance this could be a good way to use your points.

There are some other rewards that you may never have thought possible. You can redeem points for a $10 Disney Gift Card! That is almost like being paid to watch movies.

One of our favorite use of points through Disney Movie Insiders is an Individual Gold Membership for D23, the official Disney Fan Club. This costs 4,000 points, so you might have to watch a lot of movies to get there, but isn’t that what being a Disney fan is all about?

The most expensive reward is The Walt Disney Studios Platinum Private VIP Tour For Up To 4. That one costs 25,000 points, and is currently sold out.

You don’t have to use points for all of the rewards. There are several that are free. Most of these are downloads such as coloring sheets and printable cards.

Merry & Bright Delights runs through December 31. You can learn more information and find your first code here.

About Paula K

I grew up in Western Massachusetts. When I was nine my family went to Disneyland and I was hooked. I grew up, attended New England College in Henniker, NH and eventually moved to Virginia. I worked as a disc jockey, married and became a full time mom when our daughter was born. Fast forward several years. In 2010 we moved to Central Florida and my Disney obsession grew. I now work as a freelance writer and spend my spare time in the parks. Under the name Paula Brown I penned the novels Dream Wanderers and The Coffee Cruiser. I also am a co-author of Dining at Walt Disney World: The Definitive Guide. I'm obsessed with Star Wars, so this is a good time to live in Central Florida. I've been a vegetarian for well over a decade, a choice that my daughter eventually made as well. While my husband still hasn't joined us fully he has given up most meats except for seafood. I was relieved to find that vegetarian dining is not difficult at Walt Disney World.
