Min and Bill’s Dockside Diner is a quick service location by Echo Lake in Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World. The location is located right by the brontosaurus that lives in the lake. The location has primarily been known for quick service lunch/dinner/snack options that you can grab and enjoy throughout the day. The location has now released a new breakfast menu. The new menu includes items like breakfast burritos, cinnamon rolls, bagels and breakfast beverages. This will be a great breakfast addition to the park since Starring Rolls is no longer open.

Breakfast at the location is expected to only operate seasonally, likely during peak seasons at the park. The location is also expected to operate on mornings when the park will have Extra Magic Hours for resort guests. Disney often tailors the dining options that they offer based on expected traffic flow through the park to help ensure that there are adequate options for the number of guests. This also helps them control the number of locations open during slower seasons so that money isn’t lost in operational and wasted food costs.
