Minnie’s Valentine Soup: Delicious Treat Made With Love

Charm your little ones on Valentine’s Day with this recipe of tomato soup topped with heart shaped cheese and polka dots.

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 slices of cheese (American, provolone, cheddar, or Muenster)
  • 1 can of your favorite tomato soup (or make homemade)

Directions

  1.  First, make the polka dots by cutting out a bunch of circles from the cheese slices. Cut a small heart shape out of the center of each circle. Set the circles and the hearts on a plate and keep them chilled in the refrigerator until you’re ready to use them.
  2.  Prepare the soup according to the directions on the can. Then ladle the hot soup into serving bowls.
  3.  Carefully float 6 to 8 of the cheese polka dots and cutouts in each bowl of soup, and serve immediately.

This is a fun and super easy way to add some Valentine’s Day love into your kids’ meal.
