We previously announced that Disney’s Coronado Springs is expanding to add a 15-story resort tower along with a dining location that is over the water.  These renovations are a huge undertaking and we have been excited to learn more about the new project.  We have now confirmed that the new bar and grill dining location will named, “Villa del Lago.”  The restaurant is in development over the water area and will connect back to the resort by bridges.  The dining location has been confirmed to set around 60 guests in the main dining room and around another 90 guests in an additional area. We don’t have the menu details at this time, but we can’t wait to see what all the location will have to offer!

Currently this dining location is scheduled to open to guests sometime in 2019.  The new 15-story resort tower is also expected to open in 2019.  It is expected to be the home to over 500 guest rooms in the space, offering beautiful views of the property.

Who else is extremely excited for Villa del Lago to finally open?
