New “Day Cruise Around the World” Offered at Walt Disney World

Walt Disney World is planning to offer a brand new boating cruise experience that takes off from Disney’s Yacht Club Resort called Day Cruise Around the World.  This new boating experience is expected to be available to guests starting on June 1st, 2017.  Guests that opt for this experience will board a Disney pontoon boat with the captain of the boat.  The boating cruise will take guests around World Showcase lagoon and Crescent Lake with views of the pavilions at Epcot’s World Showcase.  The boat ride is expected to last around 60 minutes and accommodate up to 10 guests for the duration of the ride.  Guests on the voyage will be served soft drinks and snacks as part of the admission for the event.  There will also be options for guests to order other food and drink items from a private dining menu for an extra charge.

The cost for the event is $149, plus tax and gratuity per boat.  The excursion is a private excursion, so the price is a per boat price instead of a per person price, with the very specific max guest limit depending on your party.  The price seems fairly reasonable for the event if you enjoy the opportunity to get to boat around Walt Disney World in style on a private excursion.  Guests are able to call 407-WDW-PLAY and book this cruise for dates starting June 1st.  Be prepared to pay for the cost of the excursion as the time of making the reservation.
