New Dynamic Design For Jaleo Coming to Disney Springs at Walt Disney World

Jaleo is a new restaurant coming to Disney Springs within Walt Disney World.  The restaurant is being opened by Chef José Andrés.  Currently this new restaurant is expected to open in the winter at Disney Springs!  The location will span 22,000 square feet and it is expected to be Chef José Andrés largest restaurant that he has opened thus far. According to Disney Parks Blog, “The venue will bring the spirit and flavors of Spain to Disney Springs visitors via a freestanding, two-story building with a design that was strongly influenced by the artichoke – a vegetable native to Andrés’ homeland.” The design is dynamic and unique with no cubic forms, no straight lines, etc.  It is an extremely unique and fun design and the menu is sure to follow suit!

The color palette for the dining location features beautiful shades that remind you of citrus fruits, with bright oranges, yellows, etc.  The paintings in the restaurants are from some of Spain’s native photographers and artists.

We can’t wait to check out this location!  Of course we will keep you posted as we learn more!
