New “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” Event to be Held at Walt Disney World

Hold onto your heads, friends!  Walt Disney World has announced a new Halloween-season event, which will be held at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.  The event will be at the perfect location for a spooky, seasonal event that sounds like a ton of fun for guests that get into the mood of the season.  The event will be centered around the Headless Horseman and the Legend of Sleepy Hollow and take at the Tri-Circle D Ranch at the resort.  Guests will get to enjoy a special screening of the Disney animated film, “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” which was created in 1949 and voiced by Bing Crosby.  Then, guests will also get to meet and greet with the Headless Horseman himself, if you are brave enough.  He will be there to pose for memorable pictures for the whole family.

The cost of the event is $22 per person for standard seating and $38 per person for premium seating.  The current dates for the event are as follows:

  • September 29th and 30th
  • October 5th, 8th, 12th, 15th, 19th, 22nd, 26th, 29th, 30th and 31st

You are able to start booking the experience by calling 407-WDW-DINE.  Guests who book this event will also receive a limited edition Headless Horseman pin.  Premium guests will also received a bag filled with Halloween-themed treats, too.  Reservations are strongly recommended to be made well in advance since this event is expected to be extremely popular!
