More updates on the Walt Disney World dining front! We’ve just shared that Dining Reservations are available tomorrow (June 30) for eligible guests with prior cancellations. We’ve also shared that Garden Grill will be the first modified character dining experience to reopen in the theme parks. Now, on a not so good front, we’ve learned Oga’s Cantina has been REMOVED from the list of restaurants reopening at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

When Disney first released the restaurants reopening on July 15 for Disney’s Hollywood Studios, were we excited to see Oga’s Cantina listed in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Today, Oga’s has been removed from the list, leaving the following restaurants available:

- 50’s Prime Time Café
- Anaheim Produce
- Backlot Express
- BaseLine Tap House
- Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo
- The Hollywood Brown Derby
- The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge
- Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company
- Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano
- Milk Stand
- Peevy’s Polar Pipeline
- PizzeRizzo
- Ronto Roasters
- Rosie’s All-American Café
- Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant
- Sunshine Day Bar
- The Trolley Car Café

While we love Oga’s Cantina, it is rather small and would be difficult to get many guests in there with social distancing. Plus, Florida’s new restriction on sales of alcohol at bars, is likely the primary reason for the cancellation of reopening Oga’s.
