Passholder Previews

Very often, when a new land or attraction opens, Walt Disney World will give Passholder previews. All those things look very different after reopening after the COVID-19 pandemic closure. Disney still gave that extra treat to pass holders. Anyone who has a pass had to go online and register ahead of time to get their spot. You had to select your dates, and everyone in your party had to have their own reservation. They were very strict about not allowing anyone who did not have a reservation in.

When reservations open, Guests immediately try to grab their spot. They filled up very quickly, and some Guests were upset that they could not grab a spot. News Passholders were not eligible, the spots were 100% for those who already had the existing Annual Pass. We were able to grab our spot and arrived at the Park at around 11. Disney had already put an extra Disney Park Pass Reservation into our account that day for EPCOT. We could enter the land around noon, and they scanned our reservation and our magic bands. Although there were many people in there, it was not overly crowded. Guest we’re allowed to ride Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, look at and buy merchandise and dine at one of the two new restaurants.

Wait time for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure was 35 minutes, and a majority of the line is outside to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Once you enter the building, you must wear a face coverings and they are required for the entire ride. You are given 3D glasses, and you are placed in a car with other Guests. Although you are in the same vehicle with others, you will not have to share a row with anyone that’s not in your party. Official opening date of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure is October 1st, 2021 To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World.
