PizzeRizzo was one of the newer quick service dining locations at Walt Disney World. It was re-branded as PizzeRizzo in the location that used to be Pizza Planet, themed after the arcade from Toy Story. When PizzeRizzo closed for refurbishment, there was rumor that the dining location may not open again, but that ended up not being true. We have confirmation the PizzeRizzo will be opening to guests starting on May 4th, 2019. The original menu is set to return, including a new dessert, the Peanut Butter & Jelly Verrine. This dessert is made with layers of peanut butter cream and grape jelly which is then topped with chopped peanut butter candies in a verrine cup. The location will be open for lunch and dinner from May 4th through May 24th and then starting on May 25th, it will only be open for lunch services.

In other Disney’s Hollywood Studios dining news, ABC Commissary will be closing temporarily for refurbishments. We previously announced that there would be changes coming to this popular indoor quick service dining location. The location is expected to be closed from May 5th through May 24th, 2019 for the refurbishments to take place. The refurbishments are set to include new beverage stations, an updates menu, new furniture, reusable dishes, etc. Guests will also be able to make reservations for the dinner service instead of it being only a walk-up service option.
Who out there is excited that PizzeRizzo will be making its return to Disney’s Hollywood Studios?
