As you may have heard, Disney is in the running for a several Academy awards this year.  In honor of these nominations, you can now take pictures with an Oscar award when visiting Walt Disney World.  The Oscar will be located at One Man’s Dream at Disney’s Hollywood Studios with a red carpet and award backdrop.  The Oscar will be available for pictures until February 26th.

The following nominations have been made thus far:

  • Best Animated Feature:  Zootopia and Moana
  • Best Song:  “How Far I’ll Go” from Moana
  • Best Visual Effects:  Rogue One:  A Star Wars Story, The Jungle Book and Doctor Strange
  • Best Sound Mixing:  Rogue One:  A Star Wars Story
  • Best Animated Short:  Piper (Pixar)

The Oscars will premier on February 26th at 7PM EST on ABC.  Be sure to tune in to see what awards Disney takes home!
