Professors Poison Apple – Margaritaville Resort Orlando

Ingredients:

• 1.00 oz Amaretto
• 1.50 oz Dewar’s Scotch
• 1/2 oz cranberry juice
• 1.50 oz apple cider
• 3 drops of bitters

Directions:

• Combine all ingredients except dry ice into a cocktail shaker.
• Shake to combine. Strain into glass
• Top with a few chips of dry ice.
• Do not drink until the dry ice has evaporated
