Professors Poison Apple – Margaritaville Resort Orlando
Ingredients:
- 1.00 oz Amaretto
- 1.50 oz Dewar’s Scotch
- 1/2 oz cranberry juice
- 1.50 oz apple cider
- 3 drops of bitters

Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except dry ice into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake to combine. Strain into glass
- Top with a few chips of dry ice.
- Do not drink until the dry ice has evaporated
