Did you know the month of May is Asian Pacific American Heritage Month? Disney is celebrating throughout May with special character appearances, food, and yes… tasty treats! The new Red Bean Ice Float has arrived at EPCOT for a limited time, and we highly recommend you indulge your taste buds! Check out the details below.

A glass of bubble tea with chewy tapioca pearls, topped with creamy vanilla ice cream and sprinkled with pomegranate seeds, looks just like the inventive drinks you’d find at EPCOT during a world cuisine festival—evoking favorites like the Red Bean Ice Float that theme park fans line up for each year.

As shared by Disney: “Throughout May, Lotus Blossom Café will also serve Red Bean Ice Float (Hong Dou Bing 雪糕紅豆冰), a classic dessert-drink originally popularized in Hong Kong and perfect for a snack or dessert at any time of day. Made with sweetened Chinese red beans, milk, crushed ice, and vanilla ice cream, it has become famous in Chinese communities, restaurants, and bakeries throughout the world.”
