Sake & Wine 3.0 Coming to Walt Disney World

We have learned that the 3rd installment of Sake & Shine, known as Sake & Shine 3.0, will be coming to Disney Springs within Walt Disney World. The event is scheduled for December 6th, 2019 starting at 7 PM. This event is created by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto and Chef Art Smith at Morimoto Asia and Homecomin’. This is a progressive dining experience where there will be a three-course Pan-Asian feast with sake and beer parings on the Forbidden Lounge balcony at Morimoto Asia. Then guests will walk over to Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ where there will be dessert options that are paired with moonshine-based cocktails. Both chefs will be onsite during the experience where they will interact with guests via photos, autographs, etc.

Here is a look at the menu for the event:

  • First Course: Steamed Soup (Mushi Soup)
    • Abalone, taraba-gani, black truffle, crab toast
  • Second Course: Berskhire (Kurobuta) Pork Kakuni
    • White truffle congee
  • Third Course: Surf & Turf
    • A-5 wagyu strip steak “yakiniku”, smoked soy sauce, fresh wasabi, ishiyaki buri bop
  • Dessert

The cost for the event is $250 per person, which included taxes and gratuity. Guests must be 21 years or older in order to attend the event.
