The All-Star Resorts at Walt Disney World are in the value resort category. They do not typically have any table service locations or meal options and only have quick service dining options. For New Year’s day, this will be changing at All-Star Music. It has been announced that a table service brunch will be served on New Year’s Day only at the resort. It will be an “all you care to enjoy” meal with various standard breakfast and brunch offerings. No reservations will be offered and it will be completely a walk-up meal. The cost will be $21.99 for adults and $11.99 for children (ages 3-9). Kids under 3 are free. Anyone can go to the brunch. You do not have to be a guest of the resort in order to attend.

It will be interesting to see how well this experience does and if we may see more of these walk-up only meals popping up around other resorts and even the theme parks. This kind of pop-up dining creates a little bit of spontaneity and eliminates the need for reservations, so many guests will appreciate that.
