This new date is actually earlier than the mid-August 2022 original rescheduled date and is likely to be happening since Disney is also holding its D23 Expo fan event in the same location in September.
Previews and details about upcoming Disney+ shows including Obi-Wan Kenobi, Mandalorian Season 3, The Acolyte, Rangers Of The New Republic and Ashoka are expected.
