Matcha Pancake Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅔ cup whole milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon melted butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Cocoa Pancake Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅔ cup whole milk (or skim milk)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon melted butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla

Step 1: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2: Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and stir in the milk, egg, butter, and vanilla, until just combined. Set aside the matcha batter.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
