With the recent announcements of holiday events and offerings coming to Walt Disney World this year, Disney Parks Blog shared a look at some of the exciting holiday happenings that are coming to all four of the theme parks and Disney Springs. We have a look at what we know thus far for you so that you can start planning your holiday fun!

Disney’s Animal Kingdom: Holiday Festivities in Every Land
For the first time in history at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, there will be holiday decorations and entertainment in every land. It will all kick off starting on November 8th, 2019. The Tree of Life will also awaken with a series of wintry tales and holiday music! Guests definitely won’t want to miss out on all of this holiday cheer.
Magic Kingdom Park: New Fireworks Show
We previously announced that there would be a new fireworks show, Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks, offered during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. The show will debut starting on select nights from November 8th through December 22nd, 2019. We can’t wait to check out this new show!
Epcot: Candlelight Processional, Holiday Kitchens & More
We started to get a look at some of the celebrity narrators that have been confirmed thus far for Candlelight Processional. The event runs from November 29th through December 30th. Guests can also book the Candlelight Processional Dining Package in order to guarantee a seat for one of the showings on that given evening. There will also be holiday cheer offered at each of the World Showcase pavilions, plus the offerings at the Holiday Kitchens. The Holiday Kitchens will be located throughout World Showcase and will feature treats and holiday recipes that have been inspired from around the globe.
Guests can also participate in Chip & Dale’s Christmas Tree Spree Scavenger Hunt to scout World Showcase locations looking for the famous chipmunks and their ornaments. Completed maps are returned for a special festive surprise, courtesy of the chipmunk duo.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios: Sunset Greetings, Special Holiday Entertainment
The Sunset Seasons Greetings show will return to the park, which features holiday projections on the Hollywood Tower Hotel to tell fun stories and create amazing effects. “Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” is also set to return, which incorporates festive music, fireworks, special effects and projections at the Chinese Theatre. If you visit For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along, Olaf will have a special holiday finale during the show.
Disney Springs: New Holiday Shopping, Dining and More
There will be holiday entertainment like toy soldier stilt walkers, carolers and more offered from November 8th through January 5th, 2020. There will also be holiday decorations throughout the area. The popular Christmas Tree Trail will also return to Disney Springs this season, which features a walkway of themed trees. Santa Claus will arrive in Disney Springs at Santa’s Chalet through December 24th. Stitch’s Holiday Gift Hunt will be offered, too!
