We are so excited to have confirmation from Disney Parks Blog that Terralina Crafted Italian will officially open to guests on June 28th. This restaurant was created by Chef Tony Mantuano, a James Beard Award-winning chef. The new restaurant is located within the Disney Springs area of Walt Disney World and designed to look like Italy’s Lake Distict. It will offer guests beautiful views and delicious Italian food. We always get excited about a new restaurant location and this one is definitely no exception!

Chef Mantuano was a former contestant on Top Chef Masters. He also collaborated with Executive Chef Justin Plank to create the new menu for the location. Some of the menu items we will see are: House-made Lasagna and Parmesan Duo with chicken and eggplant, House-made Porchetta with a spicy-sweet Apple Mostarda, Slow-roasted Beef Short Rib with Honey-Balsamic Glaze, wood-fired pizzas, Bucatini with Clams, Center-cut Pork Chop with Creamy Polenta and Swordfish Peperonatta with roasted peppers. Don’t all of these dishes sound amazing?
Terralina Crafted Italian will be open daily for lunch and dinner, starting on June 28. You will find the restaurant in The Landing area of Disney Springs. Guests are able to walk-in, but can also make reservations starting on July 30th, 2018. For guests that want to make reservations, you can visit the Walt Disney World site or call (407) WDW-DINE (407-939-3463).
