This beautiful blue hot cocoa reminds us of Elsa’s gorgeous blue dress in Frozen. This smooth and creamy hot chocolate is just what we need to warm up this week.

INGREDIENTS

-4 c. milk (preferably 2% or whole)

-1 c. white chocolate chips

-1 tsp. vanilla

-Blue food coloring

-Reddiwhip

-Purple sprinkles

-blue rock candy

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat milk until it starts to steam. Turn off heat and add white chocolate chips, vanilla, and 3 drops of blue food coloring. Whisk until the chocolate is melted.

2. Serve immediately, and garnish with whipped cream, sprinkles and crushed blue rock candy.
