We previously announced that a new experience would be coming to Disney Springs in Walt Disney World this year.  We are now excited to learn that tickets are now on sale for NBA Experience at Disney Springs.  The grand opening for NBA Experience is set for August 12th, 2019.  The location will feature 13 different interactive and hands-on activities.  Guests will feel like they are getting a real NBA experience while they get to test and improve their skills throughout the different experiences.  For guests that are interested in purchasing tickets, they are on sale for $34, plus tax for guests ages 10 and older or $29, plus tax for guests ages 3 to 9.  They are available at locations where Walt Disney world theme park tickets are sold, including online.

Guests who visit NBA Experience will want to wear athletic shows since they will be moving and participating in basketball activities.  Guests will also have to sign a waiver ahead of participation, and children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.

Here is a disclaimer on the ticket sales from Disney Parks Blog:

Note: Tickets are valid through Dec. 31, 2020 and provide one admission to NBA Experience; re-entry is not permitted. Age restrictions may apply. For convenience, you may view the waiver in advance at disneyworld.com/expwaiver. Prices do not include tax. All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable and exclude activities/events separately priced. The amount paid for any unused ticket may be applied toward the purchase of a new ticket at the current price.

About Christy Caby

I am a diehard Disney fanatic! I fell in love with all things Disney from an early age and that only increased once I first visited Walt Disney World! It led me to complete a yearlong Disney College Program working at merchandise locations within Disney’s Hollywood Studios (Disney-MGM Studios at that time) and I worked for Disney Parks & Resorts Technology in Project/Program Management. Now I get to write about Disney and help others plan their magical vacations! Disney holds a special place in the hearts of my entire family as my husband proposed there, we honeymooned there, took trips while pregnant with each of my boys and have visited with them many, many times from 8 weeks old through now. One of my favorite memories from each trip is always the look on my kids’ faces the first time they see the castle. I’d love to help you plan your magical vacation!
