It looks like Walt Disney World has expanded Mobile Ordering again! The next expansion includes more locations on Sunset Boulevard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The new locations include Catalina Eddie’s, Rosie’s All-American Cafe and Fairfax Fare. These locations all have outdoor walk-ups and also outdoor seating. The addition of Mobile Ordering will be exciting to prevent guests from standing in the lines outside while waiting for their food. They can also find seating in advance, too! If you will be visiting Hollywood Studios, you will now be able to use the service via My Disney Experience to order meals for your family in advance.

With the service, guests are able to order and pay for their meal via My Disney Experience on their phones. Once they arrive at the restaurant, then they can check the “I am here” button and the location will start prepping your food. You receive a notification when your food is ready and which window to go and pick up the food from. If you are on the Disney Dining Plan, unfortunately you won’t be able to to use the service since it is currently isn’t synced with the Disney Dining Plans. We definitely hope that this will be an enhancement in the future!
What do you all think of Mobile Ordering? Who out there has tried it so far?
