We previously reported that Hollywood and Vine in Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World would be changing the lunchtime line-up that currently includes Disney Junior characters. The new lunchtime line-up would include classic Disney characters like Minnie, Mickey, Goofy, Donald and Daisy in their seasonal, themed attire. Disney has now announced that this change will no longer go into effect on May 14th and will be delayed until September 4th. During this time, Disney Junior characters will continue to meet and greet with guests while they enjoy their lunch.

Once the change is made official to the lunchtime line-up on September 4th, a price increase will also go into effect. The adult lunch price will be increased to $53.27 and the child price (ages 3 – 9) will increase to $31.95. Gratuities are not included in the pricing. The restaurant is eligible on the Disney Dining plan if the plan includes table service entitlements, and will cost 1 entitlement per guest.
If you were hoping to get another chance at lunchtime to see Jack, Doc McStuffins, Handy Manny and Princess Sofia you have a few more months. The characters will also be there at breakfast and will remain the breakfast visitors even after the lunch change on September 4th.
