Mobile Food Ordering was launched at Satu’li when Pandora – The World of Avatar first opened to guests. Â This new Mobile Food Ordering service allows guests to order their food in advance, pay and select a time to pick it up at the location, thus eliminating the long wait in line to get your meal. Â We are excited to learn that Disney will be extending the service to Pizzafari at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Â The restaurant will begin to offer the service starting next week, and we are extremely excited about it. Â This new feature allows you to plan ahead and get back to the magic in the parks even faster. It also helps the kiddos get their food faster so that you don’t have to try to herd them through the line.

When Disney first launched the service, the expectation was that many of the quick service restaurants all around Walt Disney World would adopt the service. Â The system rollout is expected to be phased as Disney works out all of the kinks. The system works through My Disney Experience, so you will need to set up an account. Â You can also link credit card information to easily access and maintain other aspects of your vacation. Â If you will be over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom next week, then you should definitely try out the service and let us know what you think.
Has anyone tried Mobile Food Ordering yet? Â How did it go?
