There are many guests out there who participate in pin trading when they are visiting Walt Disney World.  We have learned of a pin trading event coming to the area that all of the pin traders are going to be extremely excited about.  The event will be held at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Veracruz A.  It is scheduled to take place on Thursday, February 15th, 2018 and will run from 5 PM through 9 PM.  Guests are able to make reservations for $15 per person.  The space and availability is limited, so guests will want to register as soon as they can to insure that they will get a spot.

Registered guests at the event will receive the following:
  • Pin trading in an enclosed trading space at the resort
  • One edible treat
  • Preview of some of the planned pin series and exclusives
  • The opportunity to pre-purchase pins from the Peter Pan 65th Anniversary Collection (will be completed by a random selection process)

Registration for the event is limited. The random selection process for purchasing pins will have a deadline of January 14th, so guests that are interested will want to act quickly.  If guests miss out on this process, they will be able to purchase any merchandise that did not sell in advance.  Guests are able to register for the event online by visiting the Events With Disney page.  Guests will need to pay for the full price of registration at the time of booking.  There will be no Annual Passholder, DVC member or other discounts available for the registration.

During the event there will be no strollers or ice chests allowed in the area.  Guests are allowed to bring one trading bag with a size that is limited to 24″ x 15″ x 18″ in total size.  Parking is also limited due to the construction at the resort, so guests may want to plan other transportation in order to get there.
