ABC Commissary is one of the great dining options at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The location offers great lunch and dinner options that are great for the whole family, in an air conditioned environment to help guests beat the heat. The location is a quick service dining location, so families can enjoy a delicious meal and then get back out to enjoy their day in the park. There are a couple changes that are coming to the location and we have the details below:

ABC Commissary has dining options like the Vegan Burger, which is a plant-based burger topped with vegan mayonnaise-ketchup blend, spicy Sriracha mustard and griddled balsamic glazed onions and bell peppers, and the BBQ Rib Platter with tender dry-rubbed slow-smoked pork ribs tossed in a sweet BBQ sauce served with coleslaw, pickles, and steak fries. There is also the popular Shrimp Teriyaki Bowl dinner entrée with stir-fried shrimp, Napa cabbage, snap peas, red peppers, carrots, onions, edamame, shiitake mushrooms, and broccoli tossed in a house-made teriyaki sauce and served over brown rice.
There will be a few enhancements coming to the dining location as part of the ongoing transformation of Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Some of these enhancements include self-serve beverage stations, new Art-Deco-inspired elements and furnishings, and a new Pot Roast served over mashed potatoes and root vegetables with beef gravy and onion straws.
Another big change is that guests will have the ability to make reservations for the dinner service. Currently, starting at 4 PM each day there is a fast-casual dining experience where you place your order, take a pager and then find a place to sit and the order is brought to your table when it is ready. The reservations for the dinner service will allow guests to have a guaranteed seat during their reservation time. Reservations are available starting today for bookings beginning on June 2nd, 2019.
What do you think of the new changes and the addition of the dinner reservations?
