Disney has been known to offer hiring incentives for different positions when they have a strong need to get specific qualified talent in the doors to fill vacant positions.  It appears that Disney is offering these incentives again and this time increasing them from the average $500 that is usually offered.  It appears that now Disney is offering incentives that start at $500 and go up to  around $1000 and up to $1500 for some full-time and part-time cast members, depending on the position.  The bonuses can definitely make a nice difference when qualified individuals are considering their career options.  We have the details on some of the opening and incentives below.

Disney is currently offering $500 for housekeeping and bus driver cast members that are offered and accept a part-time or full-time position with Walt Disney World.  Lifeguards were also being offered this same $500 incentive.

If you are a culinary professional, you may be eligible for a $1000 or even a $1500 incentive for full-time or part-time positions that are available at Walt Disney World.  It can be much more difficult for Disney to fill their open culinary positions, especially given the caliber of talent that is expected in each of the restaurants at Walt Disney World.  Disney is willing to pay a little bit more money in incentives to help draw this talent into the parks and offer them a compelling package.

If you are currently in one of these areas and looking for a position with Walt Disney World, this could be your chance and you can get a bonus along the way. Who would love to get their dream job at Disney and a little extra money, too?

About Christy Caby

I am a diehard Disney fanatic! I fell in love with all things Disney from an early age and that only increased once I first visited Walt Disney World! It led me to complete a yearlong Disney College Program working at merchandise locations within Disney’s Hollywood Studios (Disney-MGM Studios at that time) and I worked for Disney Parks & Resorts Technology in Project/Program Management. Now I get to write about Disney and help others plan their magical vacations! Disney holds a special place in the hearts of my entire family as my husband proposed there, we honeymooned there, took trips while pregnant with each of my boys and have visited with them many, many times from 8 weeks old through now. One of my favorite memories from each trip is always the look on my kids’ faces the first time they see the castle. I’d love to help you plan your magical vacation!
