There are so many amazing dining offerings to be found at Walt Disney World, but we especially love when we learn about special events where you can sample wines, small plates, desserts and more.  We have learned about a couple of great offerings from Disney Parks Blog that you will definitely want to check out while you can, especially if you love to sample amazing wines.  We have the details for you below!

2019 Disney Family of Wines Weekend – Disney’s Contemporary Resort

The Disney Family of Wines weekend includes a two-night stay at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, plus three days of an amazing culinary adventure. During this weekend, you’ll be able to explore flavors and interact with a collection of wines produced by winemakers and wineries that have a distinct connection to Disney. With specially curated workshops, meetings with the winemakers, and delicious meals, your stay will definitely be a memorable one. You’ll also get to join representatives from each of the wineries, including Disney Legend Kurt Russell, CEO of GoGi Wines, as they share their stories, recipes, and history of winemaking alongside their personal Disney experiences.

This event will be offered May 17th through 19th and can be booked by calling the Disney Reservation Center at 407-939-4239.  It must be booked by Friday, May 3rd, 2019 in order to attend.

The Wonderful World of Wine at Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort

The Wonderful World of Wine at Yachtsman Steakhouse – Disney’s Yacht Club Resort

Guests at this event will enjoy a sampling of different wines at The Yachtsman Steakhouse.  The wines will come from vineyards that are found throughout California, Italy, France, Chile, Australia, and more. Guests will also get to learn more about flavor profiles, techniques for making wine, soil and climate conditions and more.  The class includes a small tasting plate that is paired with each wine selection.

The event will be offered on the second Wednesday of every month.  In order to make reservations or learn more about the event, guests can call 407 WDW-DINE (407 939-3463) or visit the Walt Disney World Resort website.
