Walt Disney World Offering “Yoga by the Springs” Free Yoga Session

Disney Springs at Walt Disney World is offering a free yoga session for guests that want to start their day of shopping with a relaxing dose of yoga.  Kimberly Vogler will be the instructor for this session on Tuesday, May 9th from 9:30AM – 10AM.  The yoga event is free for guests who are 18 and older.  Space is limited and registration will be made on a first come, first served basis.  Reservations can be made by calling (407) 934-1179.  The session will take place between D-Luxe burger and the Disney Springs’ Welcome Center.

Guests in the area will also get to enjoy early shopping specials with certain stores opening at 9AM.  The stores that will be included will be Fit2Run, Origins, SANUK, The Runner’s Superstore, Under Armour Brand House an SuperDry.  D-Luxe Burger will also serve healthy snacks for guests to purchase that morning.  There is no word yet on if there will be extra discounts and specials at these stores, but we expect that there will probably be some promotions, too.

This event is extremely cool, and it is always nice to get free experiences at Disney.  This is the first of its kind at Disney Springs and we certainly hope that it won’t be the last.
