The Walt Disney World Railroad is a classic for so many people that visit Walt Disney World. Since December of 2018, The Walt Disney World Railroad has been closed at Magic Kingdom due to the construction of Tron. Here is the latest update on the Walt Disney World website:
“The Walt Disney World Railroad is not currently circling Magic Kingdom park, but the train is available as the perfect backdrop for a memorable photo at the Fantasyland station. Please check back for updates on the train’s next departure.”

Walt Disney World has yet to release the date that it will be reopening. We assume it will not open this year, though, because if you go on the Walt Disney World website and look at dates, it still says “ no times available” on the latest possible selection, December 25th, 2021.
This is a classic attraction for those of all ages. It helps you get from one part of the Park to the other and is a relaxing journey around the Magic Kingdom. Whether you like thrill rides or relaxing rides, this is one the whole family can do together. This is how the attraction is explained on the Walt Disney World website.
